How will you find potential pre-market properties for me to purchase?
We market to property owners throughout the panhandle and once a negotiation has completed, we place under contract for purchase. At this point, we send the property out to our cash-buyer investor list to bid on the purchase of our assignable purchase contract. All of these properties will close through our pre-selected local title company. Terms and conditions of offers & purchase are available to vetted investors.
Do I need a real estate lawyer as well?
If you would like your own title company or attorney to review our terms and contract, you are welcome to do so. However, our terms are only negotiable on a limited basis. It should be very clear that most of our properties are available as the purchase of our Assignable Purchase Agreement. What percentage of the final home sale price do you charge?
We do not charge a percentage to our investors. An assignment fee has already been figured into our asking price. Any negotiations agreed upon will still include our fee in the price and no additional fees will be charged.
How will you find potential buyers/renters for my property?
